I’m a fan of a customizing vehicles and enjoying them. Non of that trailor queen, keep it off the streets attitude. The nova will be getting a new school styled interior with a small sound system and a single(possibly 2) 10″ subwoofer. The trunk will be getting a 1×4 frame that will hold up 1/2″ mdf board wrapped in vinyl. A custom console will be going in between the front seats and will hold guages, switches for the various electronics and it will house a full ratchet B&M shifter. Like the trunk panels it will be wrapped in a thin layer of foam and then a top layer of black vynal to match the original look with a new feel.

I haven’t decided whether or not I will be keeping the rear seat. If it is removed a simple panel setup will be made so if I need the back seat it can be put in. The subwoofer will be going in the trunk along with the amplifier.

I’m not looking to put a high powered stereo in the nova. Planned sub wattage is 500 RMS and. Rear speakers are 6.5″ alpine’s which already deliver nice clear sound. Component speakers up front shake the door panels when cranked while still matching the quality of the rear speakers.
